Abstract
Cutaneous tuberculosis is a great mimicker of hidradenitis suppurativa. Tuberculous gumma is a rare clinical feature of cutaneous tuberculosis, and due to the paucibacillary nature of the lesions, patients can be misdiagnosed. We report the case of a 59-year-old male patient, which illustrates a differential diagnosis of hidradenitis suppurativa in an immunocompetent patient.
