Hemodynamic monitoring is essential to provide optimal hemodynamic management to patients in perioperative and intensive care medicine. The Journal of Clinical Monitoring and Computing (JCMC) welcomes research articles investigating hemodynamic monitoring technologies, cardiovascular pathophysiology, and hemodynamic treatment strategies that help advance this research field and eventually improve patient care. In this review, we highlight and summarize selected papers on hemodynamic monitoring and management published in the JCMC in 2019. …
