Vaccine hesitancy is widely prevalent, and, notably, despite best efforts, no country has yet exceeded complete vaccination of more than 60% of their population. Testing times, such as a raging pandemic call for triage and gathering evidence suited to the masses, while minorities of any kind (social, ethnic, racial, and scientific) inevitably stand ignored.
