A 43-year-old female underwent esophagogastroduodenoscopy for complaints of epigastric pain. Multiple intramucosal lesions in the antrum were visualized (Fig. 1), which were diagnosed as signet-ring cell carcinoma on the basis of histology and immunochemical staining (Fig. 2). Subsequent endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) was used to resect the gastric lesions and separately found colonic lesions.
