West Nile virus (WNV) is an RNA virus belonging to the Japanese encephalitis serocomplex of the genus flavivirus. WNV infection clinical syndromes include asymptomatic infection (80 %), West Nile fever (20 %), and West Nile neuroinvasive disease (WNND, <1 %). WNND includes meningoencephalitis, acute flaccid paralysis (AFP), myelitis, and plexopathy. We present a case of isolated WNV polyradiculitis with good prognosis. …
