To the Editor: Kawasaki disease (KD) is a vasculitis, with predilection to the coronary artery. This occurs more frequently among Asian children. Fifteen to forty five percent of children with KD show atypical presentations [
1]. Without treatment, 25% of children presenting with KD develop coronary artery aneurysm (CAA) [
