Labyrinth in Abdomen

Abdominal tuberculosis in children has been described as a medical labyrinth as it is difficult to navigate through as in a maze. In the current report, we described the case of a postmenopausal lady with a malignant ovarian mass growing in between the layers of small and large bowel mesentery and forming a labyrinth.
