Diagnosis of cardiac sarcoidosis (CS) can be challenging and [18F]-FDG PET-CT combined with perfusion imaging has been used for diagnosis according to consensus documents from Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (SNMMI) and American Society of Nuclear Cardiology (ASNC)1. However, the need for stringent preparation before [18F]-FDG PET-CT complicated its practical use. [68Ga]-DOTATATE is a potential candidate in diagnosis of CS without the need for special preparation. …
