Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) are rare, potentially malignant mesenchymal tumor of gastrointestinal tract arising from interstitial cells of Cajal [
1]. Stomach is the most common location of GIST (56%), followed by the small intestine (32%), colorectum (6%), and esophagus (< 1%) [
1]. Common presentation of the small bowel GIST includes GI bleeding, lump abdomen or non-specific presentations [

2]. Frequently, they are encountered by gynecologists as masquerading adnexal tumor, as ileal GIST falls in the pelvis. We describe an interesting case of ileal GIST which mimicked adnexal malignancy with disseminated fleshy peritoneal metastasis. …
