In their article, Naranjo et al. [1] embarked on an important topic in contemporary treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. The authors not only reveal several factors associated with treatment modification in RA, but also find that clinical decision-making regarding treatment continuation, escalation, or de-escalation was not always consistent with the levels of measureable disease activity. …
