Synchronous tumours are defined as multiple primary tumours occurring within 2-month interval [
1]. Synchronous renal cell carcinoma (RCC) of distinct histology in ipsilateral kidney is seldom reported. Few genetic conditions like hereditary familial RCC syndrome and acquired conditions like chronic kidney disease may predispose to synchronous multiple renal tumours. Clinical awareness and radiological surveillance for synchronous renal tumours are important to determine the treatment modality especially nephron-sparing surgery. …
