To the Editor: Government of India (GOI) estimates that about 2.17 million people are living with HIV [PLHIV] with a prevalence of 0.26% and 6.54% among adults and children respectively [1]. One of the key limiting factors in sustaining the HIV epidemic is stigmatization and discrimination both at community and healthcare settings [2].
