Robot-assisted laparoscopic radical cystectomy (RARC) has proven to reduce morbidity after cystectomy [1]. Many centres initially were conducting robot-assisted laparoscopic radical cystectomy with extracorporeal urinary diversion [1]. Things have evolved so urinary diversion is being performed intracorporeally along with radical cystectomy [1].
