A pregnant women was examined with echocardiography at 24 weeks of gestation. Fetal ventricular septal defect (VSD), diverticulum in connection with right ventricle, pericardial cyst, and pericardial effusion were diagnosed by the pediatric cardiologist. The rest of the intrauterine period was without any problem. Karyotype analysis did not detect any chromosomal anomaly in the fetus.
