A 1,290-g female was delivered in our hospital at 30 weeks gestation to a diabetic mother. On day 9 of life, the infant experienced apnea and bradycardia requiring intubation and mechanical ventilation. Severe hypotension was managed with volume expansion, dopamine, and dobutamine. …
