Enterocele is an abnormal herniation of a peritoneum-lined sac into areas of the pelvic floor [1]. It is typically seen as part of a posterior compartment defect accompanying apical vaginal prolapse. In women with previous hysterectomy, radical cystectomy brings the anterior vaginal compartment in contact with the peritoneal sac, potentially causing herniation of bowel into the anterior vaginal wall forming anterior enterocele. …
