The standard of care in extremity soft tissue sarcoma is multimodal therapy with surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy to achieve optimal outcomes [1]. Sarcomas often abut/infiltrate/encase major neurovascular structures. Surgery may entail resection structures or amputation with their attendant morbidity.
