To the Editor: Celiac disease (CD), also called celiac sprue or gluten-sensitive enteropathy, has a wide spectrum of clinical presentations and includes abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, and bloating which mimics Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) [1].
