The Editor-in-Chief is retracting this article (Tian et al. 2014) due to concerns regarding peer review, authorship and originality of the article. The identities of the peer reviewers suggested by the authors could not be confirmed. Additionally, the article shows evidence of irregularities in authorship during the submission process. The authors listed in the revised and published article are different from the authors listed on the submitted manuscript. Furthermore, there appears to be substantial text overlap with a number of previously published articles (Oshima et al. 2013; Zhang et al. 2014; Kishiki et al. 2014; Roukos 2010; Liu et al. 2014). The authors have not responded to any correspondence from the editor/publisher about this retraction. …
