Solid pseudopapillary neoplasms (SPNs) of the pancreas are rare tumor with low malignant potential. It accounts for only 1–2% of all exocrine pancreatic tumor and 2–5% of all cystic neoplasm of pancreas [
1]. It has been increasingly detected in recent years because of the wide use of advanced abdominal imaging technology and increased familiarity with these neoplasms by the surgeons and pathologists [
2]. It usually occurs in female in second or third decades of life. Rarely, they can be seen in pediatric age-group, male, or after 50s [
