Greater risk of cardiomyopathy with ADHD medication

MedNet.nl: Young adults who are prescribed stimulant medications to treat ADHD appear to be significantly more likely to develop cardiomyopathy compared with those who do not use these drugs. However, the prevalence of cardiomyopathy overall remains low, making special screening unnecessary.
