Excerpt

Artificial intelligence is developing rapidly, and a variety of large language models, led by OpenAI, have emerged in response to the times. In the medical field of urology, the current large language models still exhibit many deficiencies.1 Despite the iterative updates of ChatGPT, its application in specific domains continues to face limitations, such as an insufficient depth of comprehension and reasoning, delayed knowledge updating, and the potential generation of inaccurate or fictitious information.2
