A 16-year-old boy visited the emergency department due to chest pain with back radiation. No recent trauma, infection, or physical findings were evident. His chest X-ray (Fig. 1) was initially interpreted as normal. He was discharged after negative electrocardiography, cardiac enzyme tests, and echocardiography.
