A 64-year-old woman presented with two palpable subcutaneous masses in her right distal arm. One mass was painful to touch and the other was painless. Two masses were identified on the ultrasound (Fig. 1). Subsequent MRI was performed before and after intravenous contrast administration (Fig. 2). Ultrasound-guided core biopsy was performed on the painful mass under local anesthesia to evaluate histology (Fig. 3). The painless mass was not biopsied.
