Thyroid incidentalomas are defined as unexpected, asymptomatic thyroid lesions that are discovered on an imaging study or during surgery unrelated to the thyroid gland. Most of thyroid incidentalomas are benign, though carrying a significant risk of malignancy in about 2 % [1]. …
