The paired testicular arteries are slender retroperitoneal branches of the abdominal aorta that supply blood to both testes. Each artery usually arises from the anterolateral aspect of the aorta just distal to the renal arteries [1], but it can originate from the renal artery itself, the middle suprarenal artery, or one of the lumbar arteries [2]. …
