MedNet.nl: A telemonitoring program for patients with acute coronary syndrome and myocardial infarction or unstable angina who received percutaneous coronary intervention reduced hospitalizations after 6 months by 76% compared with patients who received standard care. The results were published simultaneously to the conference in The Journal of the American College of Cardiology.
