Left atrial appendage aneurysms (LAAA) are one of the rarest but also potentially dangerous cardiac anomalies with the possibility for serious complications such as life-threatening systemic thromboembolism, atrial tachyarrhythmia, and cardiac dysfunction [

4]. The anomaly can be either congenital or acquired. Predisposing conditions which lead to an increase in pressure in the left atrium are the main cause of development of acquired LAAAs [
