Tobacco flecks refer to the characteristic radiological appearance of multiple small siderotic nodules seen in the spleen in conditions such as congestive splenomegaly, and sickle cell anemia (Fig. 1) [1]. These small siderotic nodules are also known as Gamna-Gandy bodies [2].
