Psychiatric disorders encompass a broad range of conditions, including schizophrenia, major depressive disorder (MDD), bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, and others. Despite significant advances in our understanding and treatment of these disorders, there remains a substantial unmet medical need in this area. These unmet medical needs stem from several factors, including diagnosis procedures, treatment options, stigma, access to care, prevention and early intervention, long-term management, and comorbidity.
