This 36-year-old female presented with a 10-year history of episodic numbness of the fingers, toes, and nose with associated changes in color. These color changes were described by the patient as white followed by blue and then red. The symptomatic episodes tended to occur during cold weather or periods of stress (Figs. 1, 2, 3, and 4).
