We thank Mahdieh Afkhami Ardekani et al. for their comments on our paper in discussion [1]. In this reply, we will only deal with late gastrointestinal (G1) toxicity after radical external radiotherapy (RT), while brachytherapy and postoperative RT would require separate dissertations. …
