Little exercise in early years leads to heart damage

MedNet.nl: Those with low levels of physical activity during childhood and adolescence may be creating an environment susceptible to heart attack and stroke later in life. Inactivity during childhood and young adulthood has been found to be associated with heart damage, even in people of healthy weight and normal blood pressure.
