The Survival Guide Series was created by Innovative Science Press to help residents, fellows, and practicing pathologists who are facing a difficult diagnostic dilemma or a topic that is unfamiliar to them, or who want to refresh their knowledge. To make the volumes affordable, the books are published in a soft cover format but the publisher uses high quality paper that provides excellent images. …
