The atrial switch (AS) procedure of dextro-Transposition of Great Arteries (d-TGA) redirects the caval blood supply to the left atrium, while the morphologic right ventricle (RV) remains connected to the aorta thereby functioning as the systemic ventricle.¹ Well-known perfusion defects following surgery in the absence of ischemia as well as risk for coronary artery disease (CAD) in aging survivors with typical symptoms, pose challenges in optimal ischemic evaluation, and highlight the need for an ideal non-invasive imaging modality. …
