A 74-year-old man with a past medical history of arterial hypertension, dyslipidaemia, hyperuricemia, impaired glucose tolerance, and ex-smoker was referred to our Hospital complaining of involuntary movements affecting the left limbs. The patient reported the onset ten days prior of left limb movements described as shaking and trembling, lasting from a few seconds to three minutes, and occurring up to 5 times per day. Consciousness, speech, sensory, and motor functions were reported as normal, during and between the attacks.
