Gastric cancer is an aggressive disease, and when it begins to show clinical symptoms, patients are usually detected at an advanced stage [
1]. It is one of the most common and fatal cancers in the entire population worldwide and especially among older men. According to GLOBOCAN 2018 data, gastric cancer is the 5th most common cancer in the world and the 3rd most common cancer with mortality. An estimated 783,000 deaths in 2018 are thought to be due to stomach cancer [
2]. Skin metastases due to solid organ metastases have been reported as approximately 1.02% [
