Lymphangioma circumscriptum (LC) is an abnormal saccular dilatation of lymph ducts in the skin, subcutaneous tissue and deep dermal layer. Proximal extremities, trunk, axilla, buttocks and oral cavity are some common sites of involvement. Vulval involvement is extremely uncommon. It can be developmental or acquired [1]. We describe a very rare case of lymphangioma circumscriptum involving the vulva. …
