The coronary slow flow phenomenon (CSFP) is an angiographic finding characterized by the delayed progression of contrast medium in an epicardial coronary artery without stenosis during routine coronary angiography. In daily practice at catheterization laboratories, coronary slow flow is not a rare finding; however, CSFP has received little attention, and its natural history is still unclear. We therefore conducted a long-term follow-up study of the patients with CSFP from our previous study [1]. …
