The BREAST-Q is a validated, reliable, and responsive patient-reported outcome measure that has been used extensively in breast reconstruction clinical research.¹ However, the BREAST-Q is rarely used as a tool for clinical practice, and this may partly be because of the lack of clinical reference values.
