A 57-year-old woman was diagnosed as constrictive pericarditis with moderate primary mitral regurgitation (MR) due to mitral valve prolapse. The anterior surface of her heart was tightly adhered behind the sternum because of extensive resection of invasive thymoma, including the pericardium with radiation therapy, at the age of 29 years. …
