A 71-year-old female with no known prior history of CAD presents for stress testing. During a surveillance colonoscopy, she developed lateral T wave inversions accompanied by brief chest pain (Figure 1). In order to further evaluate her symptoms and risk stratify her, she underwent a Tc-99m tetrofosmin gated SPECT myocardial perfusion with regadenoson pharmacologic stress test.
