A 52-years-old lady was incidentally detected to have pancytopenia during in-hospital evaluation of unexplained fever. On evaluation, she was diagnosed as cytogenetically normal acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) with maturation (FLT3/ITD, NPM1 mutation positive).
