Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the fifth most common malignancy and the second most common cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide. Higher prevalence is seen in Asia and other developing countries [1]. Both the incidence and the mortality from this cancer are increasing in the USA [2]. Metastasis to the orbit is rare in hepatocellular carcinoma, with infrequent mention in the literature to date [35].
