Jejunogastric intussusception (JGI) is a rare but potentially life-threatening complication of gastric surgery with an incidence of < 0.1%.1 We present 2 cases, first of a female who developed JGI with bowel ischaemia 14 months after a robotic Whipple procedure and second of a male who developed this complication 5 years following an open Whipple procedure. …
