Disorders of anterior pituitary like tumors may cause amenorrhea. Non neoplastic sella lesions like infiltrative or infectious diseases may compress pituitary and may lead to secondary amenorrhea by hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. Congenital isolated gonadotropin deficiency such as Kallman’s syndrome may cause primary amenorrhea [1]. …
