The prevalence of HIV infection, syphilis infection and concurrent infection of HIV and syphilis was 6.7, 8.3, 1.5% respectively. HIV infection was associated with numerous factors including education level of high school, not being student, etc. Syphilis infection was associated with not being student and having had vaginal intercourse. The prevalence of HIV and Syphilis are high among YMSM in cities in China. Preventive interventions should be developed for controlling HIV spreading among YMSM urgently.
