Following my initial publications of the method [1, 2], the paper by Berrevoet et al. [3] is the first article published in an international journal on the Polysoft Patch technique. The authors’ results are comparable to mine, with a low recurrence rate (1.2% and 1.5%) and a low level of postoperative pain and disability, even though this series, like mine, corresponds to their initial experience, including the learning curve. …
