Congenital malformations of the aortic arch are an important group of pediatric pathologies. Depending on the type of the vascular anomaly, patients may be completely asymptomatic not requiring any therapy or may manifest with hazardous or even life threatening situations such as recurrent pneumonia, respiratory distress or apnea [1]. Due to the complexity of pathologic anatomy, the clinical symptoms and the resulting therapeutic consequences these malformations require detailed diagnostic imaging. …
