Congenital malformations of the aortic arch are an important group of pediatric pathologies. Depending on the type of the vascular anomaly, patients may be completely asymptomatic not requiring any therapy or may manifest with hazardous or even life threatening situations such as recurrent pneumonia, respiratory distress or apnea [
