Excerpt

Currently, 64-row multislice computed tomography (MSCT) is rapidly evolving as a noninvasive technique for cardiac imaging. Its evolution has helped cardiologists and cardiovascular surgeons to visualize anatomic abnormalities of cardiovascular systems, particularly extracardiac vascular malformations such as aortic arch abnormalities, coronary artery abnormalities, and partial anomalous pulmonary venous connections [13].
